As of Lately…
My summer went by way to fast! Right after my internship at the Huntsman Cancer Institute, I was offered a job! I am L.O.V.I.N.G it here! I get to meet such sweet, strong, and brave people. Most my patients are terminal and are on their last leg. It’s amazing to see the FIGHT that these people still have. They just inspire me. At times it’s tough. You see people pass that shouldn't I often find myself sad when I get bad news, but quickly remind myself that it’s a good day, because they are FREE from such an awful disease. They are out of pain and misery. Wouldn't it be nice to know exactly what goes on in the other life?
That’s not all I did this summer. Sandy and I were lucky enough to snap cheap passes to seven peaks! Saturday morning would roll around and we should hop up and head pool side! It was so nice to soak up some rays and enjoy just some Sandy and Hanna time… with millions of little kids, peeing in the pool ;)
At the beginning of are summer the McCleve Family was hit with HARD news. Sandy’s father, Darren was diagnosed with brain cancer. ( Yupp there is that word again ) He has been fighting it now for 5 ½ months. Darren I just want you to know you’re a fighter and we love you. Your amount of strength amazes me. Keep up the fight!
