Everyone asks me how it feels to be "Bald" All I can think is... breezy! I will admit it was really hard loosing my hair. It was my first time. I didn't know what it would be like. I cried a few times. But I decided to get over it. I have gotten A LOT of hats, scarfs, and a wig ( thank you to EVERYONE who helped donate) Everyday I switch it up. It actually is kind of fun and REALLY FAST!
It's also really helps to have SO MANY PEOPLE support me during this time. I got a call from my sister holly saying that her husband Garret decided to shave his head for me ( sadly I can't get that picture to load coming soon ...sorry garrett)
Than my sister Katie called saying that her two boys wanted to support me by shaving their heads!
( I have the best nephews!!!)
Then my Dad sent me this little text message.....
Yup! He even joined in! He is even wearing is sweet purple ribbon for Hodgkins Lymphoma :)
The sunday my mom came Joey and our long family friend Matt came over and though my hair was SOOO cute that they wanted to try and pull it off...
Last friday I also get a call from my brother saying that he too wanted to look so HOT! ( again I don't have a picture of him!)
There are days that I see girls with LONG pretty hair and I start to get sad because I know it will be a really long time till I have hair like that. But then I look at these pictures and think of my family and friends who supported me. I realize that hair is really dumb! Who cares if we have short, long, black, blonde, or brown. What really matters is the people you surround your self around. And that they LOVE you for YOU!!
A big THANK YOU to all these awesome people. They are the ones that help me get through this!

Hanna, you look absolutely gorgeous as always! Love, Laurel
